There are so many different types of trips on offer; from yoga, to surfing, hikes or cultural walks. It’s all about giving your body a rest whilst still being active and at one with nature.

  • UCPA wellness courses are not your usual retreat. There is relaxation time, but there are activities planned each day to keep your body and mind occupied

  • There will be ‘me’ time which you should not be afraid of! This is a free time to do whatever you want, to sleep, to rest, to explore, to read, write, to draw in some of the most beautiful settings.
