Transfer bookings are made on the assumption that the transfers will be able to run with full capacity. If the transfer company has to run their transfers with reduced capacity we will contact you to let you know your options.
*Please note for shared transfers Action Transfers will make every effort to wait for flights delayed up to 60 minutes. If a flight is delayed over this time, the transfer may have to be rebooked which could incur a charge, although every effort will be made to move you to a later transfer on the same day at no extra cost.
