Getting to Flaine

By Air: The closest airport to Flaine is Geneva which is just 70km away making Flaine one the most easily accessible resorts. There are a number of flights to Geneva from a nearly every UK airport most days.

A great website to use when planning your trips is Rome to Rio, which gives you lots of options, costs and links to book various travel options: Rome2Rio

Airport Transfers: We offer an airport transfer service from Geneva airport direct to Flaine with our partner company Action Transfers. If you would like to use this service please add ‘Airport Transfer’ under travel options on the booking screen.  Transfer length is approximately 1.5hrs. Transfers are scheduled according to flight times, there is not a set timetable. However usually the last transfer departs the airport at 21:30, and the first transfer leaves resort at 05:30 (though timings and availability are to be confirmed for winter 20/21).

Transfer bookings are made on the assumption that the transfers will be able to run with full capacity. If the transfer company has to run their transfers with reduced capacity we will contact you to let you know your options.

*Please note for shared transfers Action Transfers will make every effort to wait for flights delayed up to 60 minutes. If a flight is delayed over this time, the transfer may have to be rebooked which could incur a charge, although every effort will be made to move you to a later transfer on the same day at no extra cost.

By Coach: Our partner company Snowexpress offers affordable and hassle free transport to the Alps, perfect for avoiding busy airports and peak season air fares! The coaches travel through the night from London Victoria to resort arriving around midday on the Saturday. If you would like to use this service please add the 'London Coach' option under travel options on the booking screen.

Coach bookings are made on the assumption that the coach will be able to run with full capacity. If Snow Express has to run the coaches with reduced capacity, we will contact you to let you know your options.
