The UCPA accommodation is in purpose built activity centres that are designed to be both practical and functional but provide a social environment where people can meet and/or relax after a day's skiing. Most centres also have meeting rooms/areas where you can provide further instruction/videos/feedback to your group.

The centres are all either ski in/ski out, a short walk from the pistes, or a really easy bus service to use and with everything provided on site, there is no need to use vehicles during the week.

Groups will be accommodated together in dorm-style rooms. The size of the rooms do vary but in the majority of resorts they are 4-bed with shared shower and WC facilities. There are lockable cupboards (padlock required) in each room for individual belongings.

Males and females can be kept separate, if required. If there are any spare beds in a room, then individuals may be accommodated with other UCPA customers of the same gender staying in the centre.

Although there are some twin rooms in the centres, these are not normally available for military or UOTC groups.

Individuals are required to strip their beds and clean the rooms at the end of the stay.
