Family Weeks Winter 2020/21

The UCPA Family Weeks are very unique. If you are new to the UCPA experience please read the holiday information provided to get a better idea of what to expect.

UCPA Family Week

All inclusive package, hassle free ski holidays. Accommodation, meals, lift pass, equipment hire and instruction is all taken care of within the low UCPA price. For children under 7 or adults that would prefer to watch from the side lines, there are reduced price ‘accommodation only’ packages available.​

UCPA Family Week Plus

These fantastic programmes, new last season, are located at UCPA favourite family friendly ski resorts with ski in ski out centres and en-suite room facilities. These programmes offer ski instruction from ages 3-5 with staff to accompany this age group to lessons and the added bonus of kids club from age 3, giving the adults a bit more of their own holiday time. Please see course descriptors in Flaine and La Plagne for more information about these ​trips.

Christmas in the Alps is like no other... Serre Chevalier is a beautiful alpine town with a vast amount of slopes and a really comfortable centre. Les Contamines is smaller and quieter resort, but is known as a hidden gem in the Alps - you likely won't have to queue for any lifts and the centre is really well set up for families. Flaine and La Plagne are playing host to the Family Week Plus product. These fantastic programmes with lessons for ages 3+ are located at UCPA favourite family friendly ski resorts with ski in ski out centres and rooms ​with en-suite facilites.

What better way to see in the New Year than in the French Alps? There are usually firework displays and a ​fantastic atmosphere, both in the resort and on the slopes. Les Contamines is a classic family week favourite resort with families returning year after year. Flaine and La Plagne are playing host to the Family Week Plus product. These fantastic programmes, with lessons for ages 3+ are located at UCPA favourite family friendly ski resorts with ski in ski out centres and rooms ​with en-suite facilites.

​The most popular week and the fastest to sell out... Nevertheless, escape the ​half term crowds and enjoy this hidden gem of a resort. A picturesque traditional Savoyard village, with an ice rink close by the UCPA centre. Perfect for beginners and experts alike, with plenty of cruising pistes as well as difficult black runs and some fantastic off piste.

SERRE CHEVALIER

Lucky enough to have an early Easter holiday? Beat the Easter rush and get a week of skiing in before other schools break up! The UCPA centre in Serre Chevalier is located at the foot of the piste in the main village of Villeneuve. You can ski straight from the centre in the morning and straight back to it in the evening, Villeneuve is also the ideal location from which to explore the valley with the best lift access and a good bus service. The centre is one of nicest UCPA centres in a modern building with a fantastic sun deck overlooking the slopes and a outdoor heated pool! There is a good variety of skiing on offer for all abilities with an easy piste descending from every lift enabling groups of all abilities, including beginners, to roam the mountainside together.

Make the most of the Easter skiing ​with a great choice of resorts. Just when the weather starts getting warmer and the days longer. Avoid queues at the family favourite resort of Les Contamines. Les Deux Alpes centre is in a fabulous location just a few minutes walk from both the ski area and the town centre. The restaurant is of particular note with a stunning terrace overlooking the Ecrins National Park. The UCPA centre in Flaine is one of the nicest of the UCPA centres, with en suite facilities ​it has the full UCPA comfort rating.The centre is well located ​right next to the pistes with access to the ​huge Grand Massif ski area.
