UCPA Family Ski & Snowboard Holidays

A winter trip to the mountains is a fantastic family holiday. It’s a great way to spend some quality time together away from the television, homework and chores. Whether you are competent skiers/boarders yourself, keen to introduce your kids to your passion for snowsports or this is a chance for the whole family to learn something new, we guarantee that it will be a holiday to remember.  As parents there is no pride like watching your little ones take off down the slopes full of confidence and joy. You will no doubt be introducing your children to a sport they will remain passionate about for the rest of their lives.

Low Cost

We fully appreciate the sheer costs involved in treating your family to a ski holiday in the Alps, especially if you have more than one child. Costs escalate quickly when you consider meals, lift passes, equipment hire and ski instruction for the whole family. Unfortunately for many although a lovely idea, it’s simply just not an option.

This is where UCPA comes to the rescue! UCPA is a very unique adventure holiday company. It is a not for profit organisation aimed at making outdoors sports and quality coaching available and affordable to young adults. They offer incredibly low priced all-inclusive holiday packages which include accommodation, meals, lift pass, equipment hire and instruction. UCPA has activity centres in some of the most prestigious Alpine resorts. The accommodation varies between resorts but can best be described as somewhere on the scale between nice youth hostel and basic hotel. The centres are warm, clean, relaxed sociable and fun places to be.

Family Weeks

Already hugely successful at making quality ski and snowboard holidays and coaching affordable to young adults, over the last few years UCPA have extended this offer to families alike. The same excellent all inclusive package means accommodation, meals, lift pass, equipment hire and instruction is all taken care of within the low UCPA price. For children under 7 or adults that would prefer to watch from the side lines, there are reduced price ‘accommodation only’ packages available.

Dates & Prices

First introduced 4 years ago, the family ski and snowboard holidays have been incredibly successful. So much so UCPA has extended the number of weeks available. This year the family holidays will be held at Les ContaminesLes Deux Alpes and La Plagne. Prices start at just £512per person all inclusive. • There is always a range of ages, nationalities, mixtures of solo travellers, couples, groups etc. We have booked as a group of 6, a group of 36 (no joke) and even just me and my boyfriend – it works for all.
