Wellness

All of our wellness courses take place in some of the most beautiful scenery on earth. Courses include a variety of sports and activities, ranging from yoga and hiking, to climbing and e-biking. These are relaxing holidays where you aren't just be lying by a pool all day... experience this stunning nature at a slower pace whilst meeting likeminded others.

Level

These courses are open to all levels of ability. They are slower paced than all of our other courses, so if you are after something with a bit more adrenaline look for those. 

Social

One of the nicest things about a UCPA holiday is the social aspect - it's a great way to meet new people through sharing good sporting times together. Whether you travel by yourself, or with friends you're sure to make some great new friendships through the week.

Itinerary

Will vary but typically:

  • Saturday - Optional early arrival day.
  • Sunday - Arrival day, check in & meet other participants. Free day to explore the local area.
  • Mon - Fri - Practice with your instructor. 
  • Saturday - Departure day, morning free time, enjoy lunch, clear your room & say goodbye​!
