Port d'Albret

Action Outdoors unfortunately only have time to offer 2 dates in 2011 (too many other locations) at this fantasic centre. However, we have made sure that we have picked a good time for both weather and surf - 14th August and 4th September. These set dates are simply to bring the English speaking nationalities together to help the UCPA instructors and staff. The dates are Sunday - Saturday.

Resort

Although primarily a surf resort, the centre provides numerous activities for those that don’t fancy squeezing into a wetsuit each morning. Full time golf instruction will help reduce your handicap, or there is the option of various multi activity weeks involving riding, surfing, body boarding, street hockey, pool / spa sessions, paddle surfing plus excursions around the ancient Basque villages.

There is plenty to entertain you during your free time - swimming pool, beach volley, badminton, beach kayaks, tennis courts, skate board park and plenty of bike tracks through the forests. The nearby town has plenty of restaurants, bars, a cinema and night clubs in case you feel the need to escape.

The centre is of UCPA’s highest standard and it is a location that Action Outdoors is excited to visit. We will write up more once we have visited in person in April but have been told that this is the resort to go to for Surf!
